Returns and Refunds

Pooltester abides by Australian consumer laws regarding returns and refunds and aims to ensure customer satisfaction on every occasion..

ORDER AND DELIVERY ISSUES:

Any problems with your initial order delivery must be reported to Pooltester via phone or email (info@pooltester.com.au) within one week of delivery. Pooltester does not accept 'change of mind returns'. In the event that we do offer a credit for a non-warranty return, a re-stocking fee of 5% of the purchase price of the item will be charged.

PRODUCT ISSUES:

To report a faulty product within the warranty period, click the 'Return Request' button below and submit the details of your issue. Pooltester will then contact you with any further necessary steps.

For products agreed by Pooltester to be defective under the terms of the product warranty, Pooltester will repair the product at no charge where possible, otherwise provide a new or equivalent replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Pooltester and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of Pooltester. If a product is deemed to be unrepairable and is replaced under warranty, the new replacement product will carry a pro-rated warranty to reflect the balance of the original warranty period.
